Not all stories are told with words, some are painted. This is poetic storytelling.

Last year, I dove deeper into oil painting and fell in love with classical painting techniques and traditional romantic expression. My artistic voice is feminine, romantic, and poetic. Some have even called it whimsical. Through my paintings, I tell dreamy stories about themes that grow within me: the beauty of nature, faith and grace, nostalgia — and sometimes, with a soft touch of melancholia.

This year, I continue my journey with oils and focus on improving my skills as a fairly new artist. I’m deeply inspired by expressive, impressionistic painters like Vladimir Volegov and Daniel Gerhartz. Artists who create emotional portraits and sceneries with seemingly effortless brushwork, letting light and shadow dance into form. Their art comes alive in the viewer’s eyes. One day, I hope to reach that same depth of poetic storytelling through brush and oil paint.

Here is my latest painting "Grace", oil on canvas 40cmx40cm.
